Marflow Engineering Limited offers a free 5-year guarantee for Britannia taps, mixers, shower valves and bathroom accessories. This guarantee is valid for the relevant product and its component parts as is purchased and used in the United Kingdom for a period of five years.

It will apply where, after the product is put into service, a defect is discovered or arises under normal use which is related to a design fault, materials or workmanship.

In this instance we agree to remedy the defect either by replacement or repair at our expense.

Each pack contains details and a Business Reply Paid card to return to us within three months of purchase in order to register and accept the guarantee.
